Terms of Service

Effective July 9, 2026

Acceptance of terms

By joining the PulseFlow waitlist, creating an account, or otherwise using PulseFlow, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What PulseFlow is

PulseFlow is an early-access platform that monitors trending topics, drafts research-backed content automatically, and helps you publish it to channels like WeChat. It's under active development — expect the feature set, including which publishing channels are supported, to keep changing.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PulseFlow, and any information you give us during signup must be accurate.

Waitlist and accounts

Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access. Approval is at PulseFlow's discretion. As an early-access product, you should expect rough edges, incomplete features, and occasional downtime.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use PulseFlow to:

  • Generate illegal content, or content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
  • Abuse the automated publishing pipeline — for example, to spam a platform or violate that platform's own rules.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

AI-generated content — what to expect

PulseFlow drafts content automatically using AI. The final judgment call is always yours — you review each piece before it goes anywhere, and you decide whether and where to publish it. We don't guarantee that drafted content is factually accurate, complete, or free of errors; you're responsible for reviewing it before relying on it or publishing it under your name or your organization's name.

Third-party platforms

When you publish through PulseFlow to a third-party platform (for example, WeChat), you're also bound by that platform's own terms of service. PulseFlow isn't responsible for how third-party platforms handle content once it's published there.

Ownership of content

You retain ownership of content generated on your behalf through PulseFlow, subject to any rights that belong to underlying source material we cite or reference while researching it.

No warranty; limitation of liability

PulseFlow is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, especially at this early-access stage — we don't guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PulseFlow isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, particularly for violations of the acceptable-use terms above. You can stop using PulseFlow at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the effective date above when we do, and do our best to flag material changes to registered users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
